The Southern Syndicate, LLC is an Alabama-focused real estate investment company. We look for houses with good bones that need attention, invest in renovating them, and return them to the market as homes people are proud to own or rent.

We keep the process simple and transparent: clear communication, reliable closings through established title partners, and renovations that add lasting value to the property and the neighborhood.

What we do

One property at a time, from purchase to the next owner or tenant.

    Buy

    We purchase residential properties, including houses that need repairs, updates, or a fresh start. Sellers get a direct buyer and a clear path to closing.

    Renovate

    We plan and manage renovations that matter: systems, structure, kitchens, baths, flooring, and curb appeal, so the home is ready for years of use.

    Sell

    Many of our renovated homes go back on the market for new homeowners, move-in ready and fully updated.

    Rent

    Some properties become long-term rentals, providing well-maintained housing for residents in the communities where we invest.
